L\u2019art-th\u00e9rapie est une discipline param\u00e9dicale<\/strong> qui utilise le processus cr\u00e9atif de l\u2019Art pour aider les individus \u00e0 exprimer leurs \u00e9motions, \u00e0 explorer leurs sentiments et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leur bien-\u00eatre mental et \u00e9motionnel. La cr\u00e9ation artistique permet de lib\u00e9rer des \u00e9motions ou des pens\u00e9es qui peuvent \u00eatre difficiles \u00e0 exprimer verbalement. Parall\u00e8lement, la pratique engage le corps et permet des stimulations neurophysiologiques essentielles. S\u2019engager dans la th\u00e9rapie ne n\u00e9cessite pas de comp\u00e9tences artistiques. C’est \u00e9galement un moyen pour lib\u00e9rer sa cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et apprendre \u00e0 mieux se connaitre.<\/p>

Art-th\u00e9rapie arts plastiques :<\/strong> Testez diff\u00e9rentes pratiques artistiques afin de favoriser la connaissance de soi, chacun \u00e0 son rythme avec ses propres objectifs<\/p>

Art-th\u00e9rapie \u00e9criture : <\/strong>Explorez l\u2019\u00e9criture \u00e0 travers des exercices individuels ou collaboratifs dans la production d\u2019\u00e9crit<\/p>

Art-th\u00e9rapie chant : <\/strong>D\u00e9couvrez une approche vocale en lien avec la respiration, les vibrations internes, le plaisir de chanter en favorisant la confiance et le lien aux autres<\/p>

Art-th\u00e9rapie peinture : <\/strong>Exp\u00e9rimentez vos ressentis autour de la peinture en faveur de l’expression de soi, en d\u00e9veloppant votre propre style<\/p>

Art-th\u00e9rapie dessin Bd\/Manga :<\/strong> Stimuler votre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 autour du dessin, de la Bd et des mangas vers l\u2019expression et la production d\u2019histoires imaginaires<\/p>

Art-th\u00e9rapie ados\/enfants : <\/strong>exp\u00e9rimentez, imaginez et stimuler votre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 en d\u00e9veloppement votre personnalit\u00e9<\/p>

Art-th\u00e9rapie aidants : <\/strong>Favoriser le bien-\u00eatre, prendre soin de soi lors d\u2019un temps de r\u00e9pit autour des arts plastiques et de l\u2019\u00e9criture<\/p>

Art-th\u00e9rapie sortie culturelle : <\/strong>L’ouverture culturelle vers des lieux ext\u00e9rieurs favorise les liens sociaux, la contemplation, participant au bien-\u00eatre et \u00e0 l’autonomie de la personne<\/p>

Devenir acteur de son soin \u00e0 travers la d\u00e9marche cr\u00e9ative permet de mobiliser de nombreuses ressources. Une exp\u00e9rience artistique n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire.<\/strong><\/p>
